You may want me to talk about the McDonald ALL AMERICAN, THE FIRST TEAM ALL STATE AWARD WINNER…she clearly will be the State Player of the year this season. Maybe you’re expecting me to talk about her winning the Defensive Player of the Year as a junior. I have a sneaky feeling the senior will win the award again this year. Just line she has won our NEW JERSEY PLAYER OF THE YEAR for the third consecutive year. Nobody has ever done this until now. ADDY NYEMCHEK is simply different than any player in Shore history.
When I think of ADDY NYEMCHEK, I think of a fairs competitor who leaves it all in the court every time. I think of a player who understands basketball is a team game. I think of ADDY NYEMCHEK’S character. I think of her family and how they support her but have given her values. I think of all the pressure and jealousy over the years and how she has been above it all. I how think go how respectful she is of everyone and everything without letting other walk over her. That is an art, something only the great ones have. I think of Addy Nyemchek’s presence and how she makes others feel. I very rarely thing of Addy Nyemchek the basketball player. I think of her GOODNESS AND KINDNESS. You see Addy Nyemchek is way bigger than a basketball player. She is a teammate, friend and leader. It why she is the 2026 SHORE CONFERENCE PLAYER OF YEAR
RBC during Addy Nyemchek’s time has won and done everything you can do on a basketball court. Addy Nymchek led the way . Not by just scoring points if getting headlines. She lead by being the best passer in Shore Conference history. She led by being the best defensive player maybe in the country.She led by getting more floor burns than any star in state history. She led by always giving her teammates credit. You see Addy Nymchek is about something bigger than herself always. It’s why she in my opinion is the GREATEST PLAYER IN SHORE HISTORY or at least in my 27 years. No player has accomplished more while elevating a team and schools. That is really Addy Nymchek’s gift!
ADDY NYEMCHEK will spend the next 4 years at INDIANA UNIVERSITY of the Big Ten. Like everything in her life. Addy will show up and do her part to help INDIANA when a few chips. It won’t be easy. But Addy Nymchek led has always done “THE HARD SHIT”. She has always done it it with class and not by politicking or stepping over others. She has always been a model of what is right in young people. She cares about feelings of others. A little too much at times at her own expense. She wants others to shine as well. She wants friends and teammates to have their day in the spotlight light as well. You see Addy Nyemchek in my opinion is an angel.

Addy Nyemchek has the looks of a model. Her beauty is striking. Don’t kid yourself, when you’re young and look like Addy Nyemchek it’s not easy. In many ways it causes a problem with your peers. Now throw in the basketball talent and brains and you have a triple threat. Well Addy Nyemchek has managed being a triple threat with style. Now she is the first triple threat in Shore Conference PLAYER OF THE YEAR HISTORY… congratulations to the the G.O.AT… Addy Nyemchek!
