LEILA BELLE MCNAIR… YOU CANNOT STOP HER!

There is a fact when it comes to sports and I mean all sports. Sometimes you can do all the right things. Make all the sacrifices and jump over all the obstacles and still get the short end of the stick. It’s painful and often is the reason many kids take their ball and go home. But then again some kids find a way to keep pushing on though. LEILA BELLE MCNAIR is one of the kids who refuse to give in to the politics and those who try to label her.

I have always believed those kids who take the long road are the players who are help you win in the long run. LEILA BELLE MCNAIR has done everything you can ask a kid to do. She has traveled every road with no promises or guarantees. She has never had a sugar daddy to pave the road for her. She has never been crowned. She has always had to do things the old fashion way and earn everything. She has watched less talented played chosen ahead of her. She has watched coaches play favorites. She knows what it feels like to be not selected for a AAU team due to politics. LEILA BELLE MCNAIR knows what pain feels like. She knows what disrespect looks like. All because she is not in the ass kissing business. A risky business if you not careful you can find yourself on the outside looking in.

LEILA BELLE MCNAIR, has gotten better each year that I have known her. She has proven she is willing to work. She has proven she can play with the best of the best. Yet, she has never been fully rewarded. I personally often wonder why. Maybe it’s because she is from south Jersey. But shouldn’t a kid who drives over a hour one way to train be rewarded. Maybe it’s because she doesn’t play for a brand name high school. But shouldn’t a kid that has tried her best to play against the best competition be rewarded. I wonder why the kids who work the hardest are the ones who so often get treated the worst. The kids who are the most unselfish and best teammates. It makes me scratch my head and ask why?

Now there is good news for LEILA BELLE MCNAIR. The news is the cream always rises to the top. The rising junior doesn’t know this but she is going to have a day in the sun. That’s because of her work ethic and commitment. Soon she will discover politics only last so long and then performing matters most. Soon she will discover coaches love competitive players. Soon she will discover those who run over, jump over and ignore road blocks are the players coaches die for these days. Soon she and all the haters will discover LEILA BELLE MCNAIR has risen above them and all those who tried to stop her from SHINNING!

College Coaches here is a message to you. Recruit kids who care. Recruit kids who get better everyday. Recruit kids who make great teammates. Recruit kids from good families. These are all the things that 2027 LEILA BELLE MCNAIR. brings to the table. She does the winning shit. She is willing to fight not complain. She is understands tough times don’t last but tough people do and LEILA BELLE MCNAIR.has proven this over and over!
