10 MOST EFFICIENT PLAYERS…10 BEST “3” POINT SHOOTERS…10 MOST IMPROVED IN NEW JERSEY
TODAY’S LIST IN MY OPINION CARRIES MORE WEIGHT THAN ANY OTHER LIST.. That’s because today’s list of players, I believe have the most value at the next level. These are usually the players that improve year to year and are college ready when they arrive on campus
- Understand I feel very strong about these players.. There is no fluff in these list. I sincerely doubt that I have missed anybody. But then again I am not perfect
THE TEN MOST EFFICIENT PLAYERS. These players are high percentage shooters and show up game after game. They have proven work ethics and there +/- dating back to the spring till now is positive

- CALISTA VOWTERAS– MANASQUAN- She is without question the most efficient player I have seen to date
2. BROOKE STAGLIANO– PAUL VI- When you talk shooting percentage, ball protection and productivity, she is one of the best . Rarely have you seen a sub par performance.
3. HAYLEY BENBOW- RUTGERS PREP– She is considered the best in the class. She also has proven she can carry a team in the biggest stages. Everything she does is at a high level and she does it every night. She does not take days off
4. ISLA FRY- IMMACULATE – Her ability to to score in so many ways make her unique. She can score, rebound and be effective regardless of if the offense is run though her or not. The amount of little things that don’t show up in the box score are priceless
5. EL-ANITA JOE-SAMUEL– LENAPE- She is a high volume shooter. But unlike many high volume shooters shooters. She has a high percentage shooting catalog to fall back on. She may be the most dominant player in the state. She shows up every night, despite double and triple teams
6. TATUM SHARPE- SJV– This may come as a surprise to many. But it should not. That’s because regardless of whether she is scoring or not. Her elite defense never takes a day off. You cannot point to a single game that her defense has been on vacation. Lafayette College is getting a steal.
7. SYDNEY TILTON – SHORE REG– The level of competition may be questioned. But right now she is proving to be an all day everyday player. There simply is no drop off from game to game
8. KAITY PLATT- PAUL VI– It doesn’t matter if there a star , blind cripple or hype up. She simply delivers every time out. She is one of the most consistent performers in the state. High percentage from the “3” and deadly below the foul line. You be hard pressed to find a sub par performance going to back to her freshman year.
9.MORGAN FULSTON– MORRIS CATHOLIC- Another player on this list that may surprise you. But when a player consistently does the dirty work and is a rebounding machine game after game. It’s hard to ignore them.. The Towson University commit has to make the list for that reason alone.
10. EMILY DONAHUE- COLTS NECK– She is the ultimate floor general. She consistently makes teammates shine. She is always prepared for game time. You know the assists and timely shooting will be there game in and game out.
10. ARCADIA WALTERS- BISHOP EUSTACE- It doesn’t matter the opponents name. She has made a reputation racking up big name teams and guards. She shows up with offense, passing, defense of leadership. She does not disappear regardless of of the situation or the game.
HERE ARE THE 10 PLAYERS WITH THE MOST VALUABLE SINGLE SKILL SET TO COLLEGE COACHES… SHOOTING
Now there are some very important things you must consider when talking about shooters. First do not go by who made the most. Next the level of competition. Then finally are they high volume low percentage shooters or high percentage. The following things matter
- The conditioning are they in shape
- Can they get it off vs QUALITY COMPETITION
- What is the Shooting percentage? or are they high volume
- What is the range
- Do they know how to read screens
- Are they good cutters without the ball
- WHAT’S THE SHOT SELECTION

- ARI WISSEN- RBC– Her range, ability to shoot off screens, elite shot selection and high percentage make her the best in the business
- HAYLEY DEKOK- HIGHTOWN– Right now I can’t believe anyone is shooting the ball better in the entire state. The shooting percentage is off the charts. Her quick release and size are a handful. She is the dream shooting guard at the next D1 level.
- BROOKE STAGLIANO– PAUL VI- She has a college ready type game. Dynamic off screens, understands how to play vs box and ones and double teams. High percentage and tough shot maker under pressure.
- MACKENZIE KLATSKY – MARLBORO- Clearly the level of competition and the team has to be taken into account. But 74 three’s when every opponent is game planning and double teaming you game after game. That is impressive
- ELLA KRAYL- TRINITY HALL– She ha range to 30 feet. She also has the quickest release in the state. The FRESHMAN OF THE YEAR in the Shore has been face guarded and game planed but still has found a way to be among the most effective shooters in the state.
- NAWELL IBAZATENE LEFEBVRE– MORRISTOWN– This may come as a surprise. That’s because she is a high volume shooter. But she also is a very selective and high percentage three point shooter and she can do it off the bounce.
- RHYAN WYATT- WEST ORANGE– Now this is a total surprise. But folks the video don’t lie. I have sneaky suspicion that most colleges don’t view her as a three point shooter. Folks this is a classic example of why you watch tape.
- KENDALL FREDRICKSEN– BRICK- She has racked up over 100 threes in two years. That while playing with the leading scorer in the Shore Conference. These days her three point shooting has been off the charts. Do not be surprised if she makes a run at the most in the Shore this season. She has range, shoot selection and the ability to create.
- JAX ELDERMAN- BLAIR ACADEMY– She is deadly and she has size and the percentage is elite. Now throw in the range and you have the prototype big wing at the D1 level
- NOELLE GRADY- CHATHAM– Again this one may thatch you off guard. But the high percentage and range tell the real story.
