- ST. ROSE – Could be the #1 seed in the SCT. They’ll be looking for payback vs MANASQUAN this week
- RANNEY- The team nobody wants to see
- HOWELL- Tough lost to Manasquan
- TRINITY HALL- They are up and down and need a quality win
- RBR- Did the weak schedule do them in?

Cassidy Kruesi is a having a dream season right now. She going to make All Shore if she keeps this up.
Grace Smith, has been locked in. It’s been 3 years since RFH has had a D1 player. While she is not there yet. She could be the player that breaks the drought.
The Freshman of The Year is basically a wrap. Ari Wissen of Brick has been sensational all year.
You really can’t pick a ALL SHORE FIRST TEAM UNTIL THE SCT ENDS… but things have cleared up nicely. I don’t share the wealth, care about rankings or where a kid is going to college

The recruiting game has been totally flipped upside down. We have a lot folks lying to kids to keep their spirits up. Well I say, tell them the truth and tell them what was be fixed to change their status. The high school recruiting is at a pause now. That’s because the transfer portal and Juco players is what matters most to colleges. Some kids are about to find out many of their offers were fake. But the good news is there are a few kids who stock is UP… like the following
2027 KYLIE BEAM is cooking and has developed a dangerous mid range game. But here is a little treat for college coaches. Yes, she plays at Howell High School. But she is a GYM RAT
2026 WHITNEY HOBSON is starting to put it all together. The shooting, scoring and leadership. She is a big strong guard that plays and defends all 3 guards spots. She is a high academic steal right now
2027 LISSY LYONS is a great story. She has stepped up her game and more importantly is proven the big stage doesn’t scare her. Her D1 status is well deserved.
’2025 SHANNON HEINE, it’s a good thing she didn’t listen to the haters and settle. She is having a lights out season and has exceeded all expectations. She is getting the last laugh. The haters and doubters won’t be happy.
Well it amazes me how kids refuse to get in the gym. I watch kids shoot and shake my head. Last weekend at Holmdel a few kids did a great job at shooting the ball. But then again it was those kids who got in the gym and shot. HERE ARE THE 5 best shooters and combined gym rats in the Shore and don’t embarrass yourself by trying to debate me on this

I really wish the folks doing rankings would stop. Some of them are down right embarrassing. You can’t rank players if you don’t know their work ethic, practice habits and development. Watching a kid score 30 points means nothing. The question is does the game transfer to the next level.
Anyone notice once again that RFH has made a major jump as a group. Dave Callahan teams are always dangerous this time of year.
RBC is guarding the DODO out of folks these days. Think back to last year when they started crushing teams. Well they’re at it again.
COLTS NECK and BRICK are two up and coming teams. Both have excellent young talent. The Brick kids are gym rats and Colts Neck kids work hard once in the gym. Both will be TOP 10 next year.
Some folks didn’t like what I had to say about the 2027 class. Well that’s too bad because there actions speak for themselves and college coaches are speaking loud and clear. Right now only Tatum Sharpe and Ashley KREIGER hold D1 offers. My guess is the final D1 count for the entire class is going to be 4 and maybe 5 ( Grace Smith possibly). Yes the truth hurts but the facts don’t change.
FINALLY lots of people are asking about my future plans. Well I will release that information soon with my camp dates and training dates … OUTSIDE MY HOOP GROUP NBS DATE( my only camp at Hoop Group this year).
