COLLEGE COACHES JERSEY LIVE IS MUST SEE AND STACKED!
The High School scholastic period is right around the corner. There is going to lots of coaches at this years event. That’s mainly because of the BEST OF MARYLAND being cancelled and the arrival of of RBC and SJV at the event. Clearly the organizers of the event do not wish to make RBC, SJV and RUTGERS PREP, the story of the event. But the fact of the matter is there the teams which will draw in the coaches. But make no mistake, this event is stacked with talent for schools at every level.
The amount of talent at this years JERSEY LIVE is staggering and a reminder of how New Jersey is still one of the best basketball states in the country. As I sit and put together a cheat sheet for college coaches. I realize the talent runs deep. But I also realize the amount of great coaches and teams are a reminder of how special Jersey basketball truly is from top to bottom.
The fact the there are so many uncommitted rising seniors who are D1 players combined with so many D2 and D3 impact players makes the event special.The under classmen talent in a word is insane. If only the loaded incoming ‘29 class could join them. They we would all be in basketball heaven. So we will have to settle with teams like SJV, RBC, Rutgers Prep, Trinity Hall, Paul VI, all who could be in the Top 5 to start the season next year. We will have to live with watching Addy Nemcheck and Taylor Solfilkanick two nationally ranked players. We will have to live with watching up and coming players who will be household names by summer’s end. Yes, JERSEY LIVE is now must see basketball. You almost can’t wait for it to kick off.
New Jersey girls basketball is special. The coaching, the players commitment and passion is one of a kind. Jersey Live reminds us of this. In a short time it has become must see basketball. Not over priced tickets, parking fee’s and hotel fee’s and kick backs. Jersey Live is what high school basketball should be, a chance for a kid to shine and have a moment in the spotlight. A chance for friends and family to come out and support a kid without breaking the piggy bank. It’s a chance for kids to be seen and make a name for themselves. It’s also a chance for a college coach to find a hidden gem. Trust me JERSEY LIVE IS INDEED A HIDDEN GEM ITSELF
